Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about shipping, livestock guarantees, and our policies.
Everything is sent via UPS or USPS. We choose the most reliable carrier for your specific location to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Live Goods will auto default to 2-3 day shipping to ensure the health of your livestock during transit.
Non-Live dry goods will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Express. We aim to go with the most cost effective and earliest arrival option for our clients.
We ship Monday-Thursday for all items that are not live. For Live Goods, we ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

We do our best to get customer orders out as soon as possible. With shipping daily, we prioritize based on order time:

  • Before 12 pm PST: We can often ship same day (depending on Live vs Dry).
  • Before 2 pm PST: We can usually ship the following day.

Sometimes live cultures are not ready yet. If we need a few days, we will do our best to inform you. Most will ship that week (if it falls on normal shipping days), otherwise in rare occasions please allow for 3-5 days.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We rarely run into issues besides shipping delays. Thankfully our items are hardy and packed to withstand delays. However, if an issue does arise, please reach out to us.

Our Process:

  1. Our first goal is to send a replacement (with proof of issue).
  2. If that fails, we will issue a store credit code for your next order.

Live Good Issues:

If you believe there is an issue with your Phytoplankton or Pod order, you must send photo proof to coralhubus@gmail.com with original packing and the way it was sent. Please include your order number. ANY SIGNS of altered or used product voids any warranty.

Even though we are a small business, we are hobbyists first. We want to do everything we can to ensure you succeed.
